Healthy Outdoor Activities of this American Citizen

Jogging from 4 am to 5 pm on September 4, 2023 and alone getting some space, air, privacy, health and exercise in the dark and alone as an African American, Disabled Veteran and living and residing in Randallstown Maryland; and I saw no one in the neighborhoods out/about are in parking lots, by the schools, the Hospitals/Clinics, Closed Businesses (and State and Federal) or anyone else on the Shared the Road. I saw no police patrol cars, no Ambulances, no Fire Department vehicles and really NO Vehicles or People on the Roads.

Jogged/walked on Saturday (9/21/2023) around/about 8 PM EST for 1.5+ miles and jogged on Sunday (9/22/2023) around/about 7 AM EST for 2+ miles

Walked and Mostly jobbed on Sunday (9/29/2023) around/about 10 PM EST for 2.5+ miles 

Last time I saw this time of silence was during COVID-19 stand-down when riding my bike on Shared the Road in the post video I recorded of my cycling lifestyle in 2020:
